Request for Services:

If you submit a request for service, your information will be captured in our database and provided to one of our employees to contact you.

Secure Sign In:

As a GreenPath client, you have the opportunity to view your personal documents on-line. In order to do so, you must first setup your user name and password. This process is in place to allow you to protect your information. Please do not share your user name or password. All information entered into the site is sent over the Internet from your computer to ours, using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Financial Information Worksheets:

Once you have registered on our site you may be able to access to financial worksheets to prepare for your session with a counselor. During this process we require you to enter personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is needed to identify you when you call for services and allows us to complete your session more quickly.

We may also use your email address to send you information about services we have provided to you. We will not use your email for solicitation. You may log into this site at any time and update or remove your email address.

Bankruptcy Services:

The Executive Office of the US Trustee does require GreenPath to submit client information in order to generate a pre-filing or pre-discharge certificate associated with bankruptcy services. The information provided may include client name, bankruptcy case number, bankruptcy district and division, and the date and time services are provided.

GreenPath uses InCharge Institute to host our Second Chance online course. When you register to complete our Second Chance course online we will share your name and course security questions as necessary for InCharge to provide the course. InCharge is prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

Log Files:

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users? movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.


On rare occasion, unexpected software errors occur and our servers log data related to those software errors into a log file. It is possible that the data recorded in those log files may contain customer specific information.
